摘要
随着卫生信息化工作的推进,电子病历将逐步取代传统的纸质病历。但基于网络信息的特点,电子病历的真实性受到了很多质疑。为从法律层面保障电子病历的真实性,应重点完善规范电子病历的电子签名,电子病历的存储、锁定和使用,以及电子病历的真实性认定等环节。
Along with the advancement of health informatization, electronic medical records will gradually replace the traditional paper-based medical records. But based on the characteristics of network information, the authenticity of electronic medical records is questioned. Therefore, in order to ensure the authenticity of electronic medical records from the legal level, we should focus on improving and standardizing the electronic signature, the storage, lock and use of electronic medical records, and the affirmation of the authenticity of electronic medical records as well.
