高职专业教学中学生职业素质培养研究

The Research on Students' Occupation Quality Cultivation in Higher Vocational Specialty Teaching

素质教育融入专业教学是职业院校培养人才的一个重要环节。渤海船舶职业学院在国家骨干高职院建设过程中,倡导从专业课入手,以加强职业综合技能训练和工学结合为突破口,提高学生的职业素质。数控编程与加工课程经过三年的改革与实践,在此方面已取得一定的成效,为高职学生综合能力培养提供了有益的借鉴和参考。

Quality education integrating into specialty teaching is an important part of talent cultivation in higher vocational college. During the process of national backbone higher vocational college construction, Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College advocates starting from specialty curriculum, taking occupation comprehensive skill training and work-study combination as the breakthrough, to improve students＂ occupation quality. After reform and practice for three years, NC programming and machining curriculum has made some achievements in this aspect, providing beneficial reference for higher vocational students＂ comprehensive capability cultivation.
