摘要
通过不同渗碳处理工艺处理18Cr Ni Mo7-6钢,并进行显微组织分析和显微硬度测试,研究不同渗碳处理工艺对18Cr Ni Mo7-6钢有效硬化层深度的影响。试验结果表明,增加渗碳热处理工艺渗碳阶段保温时间有利于增加有效硬化层深度,渗碳热处理工艺渗碳阶段保温时间为52~87 h,试验钢的有效硬化层深度为2.8~3.3 mm。
Through different 18CrNiMo7-6 steel carburizing process, the micro structure analysis and the micro hardness test, the researcher makes research on the different carburizing process effects on 18CrNiMo7-6 steel's effective hardening depth. The test results show that, increasing the carburizing stage's heat preservation time of the carburizing heat treatment process is beneficial to increase the effective depth of hardening. When carburizing stage's holding time is 52 -- 87 h, the effective hardening depth of the test steel is 2.8-3.3 mm.
