Cultivation of Etiquette Performance for Vocational Students Majoring in Hotel Management Under Socialist Core Values

礼仪修为是当代学生的基本素养,它能体现一个人的文化水平和基本素质。尤其针对酒店管理专业的学生,礼仪要求贯穿酒店各部门日常工作的始终,是酒店行业从业人员必备的基本素质、职业道德和工作能力。以大连职业技术学院为例,结合实际,具体分析并探讨核心价值观引领下高职院校酒店管理专业学生礼仪修为养成的途径与方法,全面提高学生综合素质。

Etiquette performance is the basic literacy for the contemporary students, which can reflect a person＇s cultural level and basic quality. Especially for students majoring in hotel management, etiquette demands , which runs through the daily work of the various departments of the hotel, is the basic quality, ethics and ability to work that hotel industry practitioners must have. This paper took Dalian Vocational Technical College as an example, combined with practical, concrete analyzed and explored the ways and means of cultivating etiquette performance for the students majoring in hotel management under socialist core values in vocational colleges, thus improved the overall quality of students.
