无机固体发光材料的合成及其相关理论研究 被引量:2

Synthesis and luminescence properties of inorganic solid luminescence materials

摘要 无机固体发光材料是功能材料的一个重要分支,在工农业生产、军事、消防和人们生活的许多方面得到广泛应用.本文主要结合本课题组近年来在三维等离子平板显示用真空紫外发光材料、长余辉发光材料及白光LED用发光材料等方向的研究工作,从发光材料的设计、制备、结构表征、性能分析以及发光机理等方面,对其研究进展进行综述,并对今后的发展进行展望. Inorganic solid light-emitting materials are the important branches of functional materials and widely used in many fields, such as the industrial and agricultural production, military and everyday lives. In this paper, combined with our research in recent years in vacuum ultraviolet light-emitting materials for 3D plasma flat panel display, long persistence luminescent materials and the white LED light-emitting materials, we review the research progress through the luminescent material design, preparation, structure characterization and luminescence mechanism, and on this basis, the development prospect are also discussed.
