在参与国际经贸活动自由化进程中,海峡两岸的自由经贸区有必要相互开放,对接合作,以减小竞争,协同发展,促进产业分工合作,并可作为两岸经贸活动自由化与经济一体化的先行先试区。无论从经济政策层面还是从两岸关系层面看,海峡两岸自由经贸区对接合作有其一定的条件与可能性。当前,海峡两岸自由经贸区可在法规政策、基础设施、信息、监管、产业等多个层面进行对接合作,以形成竞合发展与协同发展态势。

In the process of taking part in international economic liberalization, the free economic zone on both Sides of the Taiwan Strait should open markets to each other for sake of connection and cooperation, re- duce competition and developing synergistically, and boost industrial division and cooperation. What＇s more, it also can be used as pilot area of trade liberalization and economic integration across the Taiwan Strait. It is of certain conditions and possibilities in the aspects of economic policies and the Cross-Strait relations for the free economic zone on both sides of the Taiwan Strait to develop connection and cooperation. To come into a state of cooperation-competition development and synergy development, the free economic zone on both sides of the Taiwan Strait Should develop connection and cooperation in the aspects of regulations and policies, infra- structure, information, supervision, industry, etc.
