大陆沿海台资企业转型升级模式研究

On the Model of Transformation and Upgrading of the Taiwan-Funded Enterprises in Coastal Provinces of the China's Mainland

在全球市场持续疲软不振及大陆转变经济发展方式的背景下,台资企业大陆投资发展的困境凸显。突破发展困境,转型升级已成为台资企业实现再发展,尤其是大陆沿海台资企业的主要选择。而因企业面对转型升级压力的差异性,大陆沿海台资企业在转型升级模式选择上各有区别。本文基于相关调研材料,重点分析了大陆沿海台资企业转型升级的主要七种模式。

In the context of the continual weakness of the global economy and the transformation of the China's Mainland economy development,the dilemma of the Taiwan-funded Enterprises investing and develop- ment is emerging. To breakthrough the development dilemma as well as to transform and upgrade is the main choice of the Taiwan-funded Enterprises, especially the ones in Coastal Provinces of the China's Mainland to a- chieve the re-development. There are some differences of the models of the transformation and upgrading of the Taiwan- funded enterprises in coastal provinces of the China's Mainland, due to the variation of the pressure. Based on the relevant data, this paper emphasizes on the seven main models of the transformation and upgrading of the Taiwan-funded enterprises in coastal provinces of the China's Mainland.
