随着信息技术的迅猛发展,高校图书馆员信息素养日益成为影响图书馆服务质量的关键因素。从信息素养的含义与特征出发,剖析了图书馆员信息素养的现状,提出了提升图书馆员信息素养的途径和方法。

With the rapid development of information technology, university librarian＇s information literacy has increasingly become the key factor influencing library＇s service quality. From the connotations and features of the information literacy, this paper analyzes the current status of librarians＇ information literacy, and puts forward some paths and methods for promoting librarians＇ information literacy.
