分析了物联网环境下西部高校图书馆发展面临的瓶颈,从管理与服务理念、资金投入、技术设备、服务模式及人力资源等方面,提出了一些有关物联网环境下西部高校图书馆发展的新见解。

This paper analyzes the development bottlenecks of university libraries in west China under the environment of IOT, and from aspects of the management and service concept, capital investment, technological equipment, service mode, and human resources,etc., puts forward some new opinions on the development of university libraries in west China under the environment of IOT.
