Considerations about and Suggestions on the Construction of Scholarly Society

倡导全民阅读,建设书香社会,是李克强总理在2015年《政府工作报告》的重要内容,而我国农村人口众多,阅读状况落后,已成为提升国民素质、实现全民阅读的障碍。从调查研究农村的阅读现状入手,分析了影响农民阅读的因素,提出了相应的改进建议。

Advocating the nationwide reading and constructing the scholarly society are the important contents of the government work report issued by Premier LiKeqiang in 2015, and the multitudinous rural population and situation of our country have become the barrier to improve national quality and achieve the nationwide reading. Starting from the investigation and study on the rural reading status, this paper analyzes the factors influencing farmers＇ reading, and puts forward some corresponding improvement suggestions.
