摘要 通过基于离散元法研制了输送机工作过程及其性能分析软件.该软件可在输送机的设计阶段,由输送机的CAD模型(CAD软件设计图)进行输送机工作过程的动态仿真,分析输送机的工作过程及性能.通过改变输送机的CAD模型,分析评价不同结构及尺寸输送机的性能,实现输送机结构及尺寸参数的优化,为输送机的研究和设计提供一种新方法和新手段. This paper developed a software for simulating conveyor working process and fulfilling performance analysis, based on discrete element method. The software can simulate the dynamic working process of the conveyor depending on CAD model (CAD software design) in the design stage of the conveyor. By changing the conveyor CAD model, we can analyze the performance evaluation of different structures and dimensions of the conveyor, thereby implementing optimization of the conveyor structure and size parameters,which provides a new method and new means for the conveyor research and design.
