摘要
本文探讨了技术创新测度评估的若干问题。强调应分层次地进行技术创新测度评估,重视技术创新扩散的评估,关注技术创新转换成本、转换效益及技术创新微观效应测度评估,并对技术创新测度评估的实施提出了若干建议和意见。
In this paper,the author discusses some issues about measurement evaluation of technological innovations.The author emphasizes that technological innovations should be measured and evaluated in different levels.We should attach importance to evaluating the diffusion of technological innovation and pay close attention to the measurement evaluation of the conversion cost,the conversion benefit and the microeconomic effect of the technological innovations.The author also makes some suggestions and opinions on the implementation of measurement evaluation of technological innovation.
