Nowadays there are many enterprises put forward to build world class enterprises. This paper analyses the research status and development trend of world class enterprises, giving the scientific definition. Based on the analysis of influencing factors in coal enterprises, the construction system of world class coal enterprises is built, which includes security, efficiency, automation, ecosystem, innovation and harmony. The aim is to provide direction of building the world class enterprises.
