煤矿电厂风机系统的远程集控系统设计

摘要 结合煤矿电厂中风机系统的运行特点和监控要求,选用S7-300 PLC为下位机核心、Win CC为上位机软件核心,设计了一个具有设备运行状态监视、参数显示与记录、故障报警与远程控制功能的集控系统。该系统具有较好的操控界面,且能利用工业以太网进行数据通信,实现了电厂风机系统的远程控制与管理。 After considering the operation characteristics and monitoring requirements of the fan system in coal mine heat-engine plant, this paper chooses S7-300 PLC as hypogynous machine and WinCC as epigynous machine to design a remote control system which is provided with the functions of running state monitoring,parameter display and recording, fault alarm and remote control. The system has excellent operating interfaces and can apply industrial ethernet to achieve data communication, in addition, it also improves the degree of coal mine heat-engine plant's automation.
