摘要 设计了一种防喷修井设备专用运输车举升机构,并对该举升机构进行了理论和仿真分析。建立了基于防喷修井设备专用运输车的举升机构模型,对其运动过程进行理论分析,通过动力学分析得到更符合实际工况举升三角块的受力情况,并通过有限元软件的协同仿真,对运输车举升三角块进行了应力和位移分析,最终确定该机构是合理可行的。提出的防喷修井设备专用运输车举升机构的设计方法为该车举升机构的设计提供了依据,也为其他车辆举升机构的设计提供了参考。 The lifting mechanism of anti spray repair special transport vehicle well equipment model based on the analysis of the motion was established. By dynamic analysis , the lifting block triangular force which in line with the actual conditions was got . By the simulation of the finite element software, the stress and displacement of truck lifting triangular blocks were analysised can prove that the mechanism is reasonable and feasible. The design method of the blowout preventer workover equipment special transport vehicle lifting mechanism provides the basis for the design of the car lifting mechanism and a reference for design of lifting mechanism of other vehicles.
