摘要 提出了一种专门针对于煤矿设备进行检测的设备点检仪,其硬件平台由STM32微处理器及外围电路组成,并采用μC/OS-II实时操作系统及μC/GUI图形系统构建软件平台,通过软硬件结合,实现了煤矿设备的信号的快速采集及可靠存储、数据通信、友好的人-机交互等功能,满足了煤矿企业在设备管理与维护方面的需求。 An inspection instrument is provided exclusively for coal mine equipments. The hardware platform is composed of the STM32 microprocessor and peripheral circuit. The software platform is built up by μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system and μC/GUI graphics system construction. Through the combination of hardware and software, the instrument can collect and store the data of coal mine equipments quickly, and it is reliable and accurate. What's more, the data communication is realized between the instrument and the epigynous machine. With the friendly human-computer interaction function, the designed instrument can meet different requirement of coal mine enterprises in equipment management and maintenance comprehensively.
