摘要
针对目前工作人员进出轿厢时发生事故且矿用电梯乘坐的安全性、舒适性较低等问题,提出了一种适用于柔性导轨矿用电梯的层站搭接平台。简单介绍了层站搭接平台的结构组成及工作原理,并运用Pro/E软件对层站搭接平台进行了三维造型。利用ADAMS软件进行了稳定性的仿真分析,得到了关键点的速度与加速度曲线,并与理论计算的结果相比较。通过ADAMS软件对层站搭接平台工作过程中的主要受力部件托爪直线机构进行了静力学分析,得到了托爪直线机构的主要部位变形及应力分布规律,为层站搭接平台的优化设计及结构改进提供了理论参考。
According to the staff into and out of the car when the accident occurred and the mine elevator ride issues such as low security, uncomfortableness, it put forward a kind of landing overlap platform suitable for the flexible rail mine lift. The structure and working principle of landing overlap platform are briefly introduced, and the three-dimensional model of landing overlap platform is established using Por/E software. Velocity and acceleration curves of key points are obtained by simulation analysis of stability using ADAMS software, and compared with the theoretical results. Claw straight line mechanism that main stress parts of landing overlap platform in working process are analyzed by static analysis with ANSYS software, obtained the?regularity of deformation and stress distribution of Claw straight line mechanism, provides the theory references for optimization design and structure improvement of landing overlap platform.
