摘要 金刚石复合贴片钻头(PDC)切削齿角度对工作效率和性能有着重要影响,利用钻头切削齿对岩石进行切削实验,分析了切削面积、接触弧长、抗钻强度和后倾角等因素对钻头受力的影响并建立了切削齿的综合受力模型。根据工件材料的测试数据,通过LS-DYNA仿真软件对PDC钻头单颗粒切削岩石过程进行了模拟仿真,采用自适应网格划分分离切削,实验结果与计算结果之间误差均在5%内。此研究为PDC钻头优化设计和应用推广提供了理论依据。 The angle of cutting of PDC bit has an important inpact on the efficiency and performance of the work. In this article,we analysed some factors such as the cutting area , contact arc length , strength against strength and back rake angle on force of PDC cutter and established a integrated mechanical model of cutting teeth by taking of experiments on rock. With test data of workpiece material,single particle of PDC bit cutting rock was simulated by LS-DYNA software which had adaptive meshing for separated cutting, between the experimental results and the calculated results we could see clearly that the error was less than 5%. This study provided a theory basis for the optimized design and application and promotion of PDC bit .
