摘要
选取胶轮车行驶路途中常经历的搓板、矩形坑、三角凸台这3种典型路面工况,运用多体动力学方法在ADAMS中创建整车的动态仿真模型,在施加任意激励的条件下得到3种路况下的峰值力。在比较后选取峰值力较大的矩形坑路况及存在周期性激振力的搓板路况的峰值力作为加载条件,运用有限元分析方法对车架进行动态条件下的应力剖析。
Select three typical road conditions of rubber-tyred vehicles when driving, build a dynamic simulation model in ADAMS with the use of multi-body dynamics and then obtain the peak force of the three typical road conditions with the applying of arbitrary excitation. After comparing, select the larger peak force on rectangle pit road and the peak force of the periodic excitation force on washboard road as load conditions, and then analyze the dynamic stress of the frame with finite element method.
