摘要
介绍了三齿轮装载机的工作装置,给出了具体的结构,对其工作的4个典型工况的运动方式进行了详细的分析,根据行星齿轮啮合和平行四连杆机构原理给出了铲斗抬升和下降过程保持平移的计算条件。对该种装载机的优缺点和适宜的工况进行了分析和说明。
Introduces a type of work device of loader with three rears. The concrete structure for this work device and a detailed analysis for the 4 typical forms of motion are given. A calculation condition to keepthe bucket translation during the process of lifting and fallingis is established based on the principle of planetary gear meshing and parallel four bar linkage .The advantages and disadvantages of this kind of loader and suitable conditions are analyzed and illustrated.
