摘要
针对刮板输送机链轮的链窝磨损严重、尺寸超差等问题,对其进行堆焊修复。由于链轮材料多采用42Cr Mo,可焊性较差。通过改进工艺方法,制定合理的堆焊及焊后热处理工艺措施,控制焊后变形、裂纹等缺陷,取得了很好的效果。
Aiming at the problem of AFC sprocket chain nest wear serious, size over-tolerance, welding deposit repairing on it. Because most of Sprocke material using 42CrMo, the weldability of sprocket is poor. Through improved technological method, established reasonable technological process of surfacing welding and post-weld heat treatment, prevent from the defects of deform after welding, welding crack, etc. Finally has obtained the good effect.
