摘要
针对回转体零件车削加工材料浪费大,生产率低的问题,对用强力旋压加工工艺进行了工艺探索。结合旋压成形试验过程,确定出合理的工艺方案和工艺参数。通过工艺实践验证了所用强力旋压工艺方案的可行性。回转体零件强力旋压加工提高了材料利用率、生产率和产品质量。
Aiming at the problem of rotational parts high waste and low productivity in turning processing, a technology study is conducted to power spinning technology. Determine the reasonable technological scheme and process parameters based on experiment of the spinning forming. And then, through practice process confirming the power spinning technological scheme is feasible. The power spinning technology of rotational parts improves the material utilization, productivity and product quality.
