摘要
在分析涡旋压缩机理论机构模型基础上,提出了基于装配的涡旋压缩机骨架机构模型,并用解析法分析了模型封闭矢量方程,最后利用机构仿真法进行了动涡旋盘和十字滑块的运动学分析,验证了骨架模型建立的有效性。
The paper puts forward the skeleton mechanism assembly model hased on the analysis of the theory of mechanism of the scroll compressor model, the model reflects the spatial location shape assembly connection component , the model is analyzed by the method of closed vector equation and simulation ,the paper shows the resuh of kinematics analysis of the main components of scroll plate and the cross slider by simulation method.
