Structure Design of Equipment of Unting-rope of Glass-fiber Anchor Rod with Screw-thread

浸胶玻璃纤维在表面光滑锚杆成型时,通过螺旋锚杆成型机以螺旋状连续缠绕在热软状态下的杆体上,以形成螺旋状抗扭加强肋。将浸胶玻璃纤维从杆体上解下,再根据需要将杆体截断成所需长度。该装置即是为了解决将浸胶纤维连续、快速和高效地从已成型了的锚杆杆体上解下,以代替繁重的手工劳作。

The impregnant glass-fiber, when the anchor rod with smooth surface is shaped, is convolved on the suface of anchor rod in hot soft state by the spiral bolt shaping machine,so the spiral torsion resistant. Then untie the the impregnant glass-fiber from the anchor rod, at last cut the anchor rod into short piece we need.The equipment we design will be used to untie the glass-fber from the anchor rod continuously.
