摘要
液压支架护帮机构对防止煤壁片帮起着极其重要的作用。在对改进前和改进后ZY3800/16/35型液压支架单铰点护帮板机构进行有限元受力分析,得到:1护帮板设计应去掉缺口;2为了保证强度,护帮板顶应力较大处应采用长条板加强;3护帮板设计应从结构、材料、工艺方面综合考虑。为今后指导此类护帮机构的设计及材料选用提供了依据。
Hydraulic support plays an important role in prevention of wall caving accidents. Based on finite element analysis of sprag before and after improvement in ZY3800/16/35 Hydraulic support, we consider. 1sprag'roof has no gap; 2strip plate strengthen roof; 3we need to consider structure design, material, technology in the design. This paper provided a reference for design and material selection of sprag.
