摘要 MK5掘进机在使用中,出现了铲板星轮变形、除尘风机堵塞以及转载机跑偏等故障,影响了生产效率。针对这些故障,分析了其产生的原因,提出了技术改造方案。星轮变形问题采取加装底托架,将底托架嵌套在铲板与溜槽之间的方法;除尘风机堵塞问题采取堵住原来的吸风口,焊接新的吸风口与原风道相连的方法;转载机跑偏问题采取安装专门设计的带式转载机防跑偏托辊的方法。实践证明,改造后的MK5掘进机故障率明显降低,维修费用减少。 But there were some problems such as deformation of shovel wheel, blockage of dust blower and loader deviation as well. The causes of the faults were analyzed and the rehabilitation programs were proposed. To solve the problem of the star wheel deformation, taking the method of installing the bottom bracket which nested between the plate and the chute shovel. To solve the problem of dust blower blockage, taking the method of blocking the original suction outlet, welding new suction outlet connected with the original duct. To solve the problem of belt loader run defense, taking the method of installing a specially designed belt loader anti-deviation roller. Practice had proved that the failure rate significantly was reduced and the maintenance costs were significantly reduced after the transformation.
