摘要
结合工程项目要求进行EBH300A型横轴式掘进机三维设计。建立掘进机各零件三维实体模型,根据掘进机各部分结构及联接关系,将各零件三维实体模型进行装配,尤其是截割头截齿的装配,得到了截割部等六大机械部件的装配结构三维模型。按掘进机功能及运动关系装配完成掘进机的整机三维实体模型。为建立掘进机的虚拟样机、机械性能和动态特性分析提供了基础模型,并为掘进机机械结构的改进与优化奠定基础。
The 3D EBH300A roadheader was designed to satisfy the requirement of engineering project. First, the 3D solid parts of the roadheade were built, then these parts were assembled as six main 3D components based on the structure and connection relations, particularly, the cutting tooth on the hobbing head. Finally, the whole 3D solid roadheader was assembled according to the motion and functions of the components. These works provided the foundation not only for virtual prototype, analysis of mechanical characteristics and dynamic; behaviors, but also for the improvement and optimization of roadheader's mechanical structure.
