摘要
SGZ730/400刮板输送机垫架是机头/尾部自移装置的重要部件,通过垫架的受力对SGZ730/400刮板输送机的工况进行分析,结合力学知识计算确定垫架的受力情况,利用ANSYS中的Workbench模块对垫架进行三维实体建模,并对垫架进行静力学分析,得出垫架等效应力云图以及变形情况,为垫架的优化设计提供了参考依据。
SG730/400 scraper conveyor pad frame is an important part of conveyor head/tail auto- moving device. This text does the analysis for running condition of SG730/400 scraper conveyor against stress of pad frame, comblining with mechanical knowledge to determine the stress status of pad frame by calculating, using Workbench module in ANSYS to make three-dimensional solid modeling for pad frame then doing static analysis, from which we can get the stress cloud chart for pad frame and provide a certain reference value for optimizing the design of pad frame.
