摘要 针对当前煤矿井下带式输送机有线监控系统布线困难、拆装过程繁琐等缺点,基于Zigbee技术,设计了一种煤矿井下带式输送机监控系统,将在地面对井下带式输送机整个运行过程进行监控。实际应用表明,该系统具有无线化、智能化和集成化等特点,实现了对井下带式输送机远程监控的目的,保障了带式输送机安全可靠运行。 In view of the coal mine belt conveyor monitoring system wiring diffieuhy,bigh cost of assembly and disassembly and other shortcomings,the author had designed the coal mine belt conveyor monitoring system based on the Zigbee technology.The system will monitor the whole operation of the belt conveyor on the ground. Practical applications show that the system is wireless, intelligent and integration.It had realized the goal of remote monitoring for the belt conveyor, guaranteed the belt conveyor running safety and reliability.
