圆度仪工作台传动齿轮参数化设计及仿真分析

摘要 以圆度仪工作台传动齿轮为研究对象,论述了参数化设计方法,以Pro/E软件为平台,推导出了直齿圆柱齿轮渐开线的参数方程。通过程序命令修改其中的几个主要参数,能够快速得到相应的参数化三维模型。使用ANSYS Workbench对齿轮在一定载荷作用下进行了有限元静力学仿真计算,得到齿轮啮合过程中的等效应力。通过和ADAMS动力学仿真结果比较,结果表明设计合理。参数化设计具有快捷、方便的优点,还能够缩短齿轮设计周期、降低成本、减少重复工作,为其他参数化设计提供了理论依据。 This paper takes cylindrical instrument worktable transmission gear as the research object, discusses the parametric design method, use the Pro/E software as the platform, deduced the parametric equation of involute spur cylinder gears. Through the program command to change some of the main parameters, able to quickly get the corresponding parametric 3D model. Then using the ANSYS Workbench under the action of the gears in a certain load to simulating calculation the statics, get the equivalent stress in the process of gear engagement. By comparing with the results of ADAMS dynamics simulation, the analysis results show that the design is reasonable. Parametric design has the advantages of quick and convenient, it can also shorten the gear design cycle, reduce cost and reduce duplication of work, for other parametric design provides the theory basis.
