摘要 针对龙门式数控火焰切割机动态机械性能,介绍了其模态分析的理论依据,采用有限元分析方法(FEM)对设计的龙门式数控火焰切割机进行了约束模态分析,获得了其前7阶固有频率和响应振型。同时分析了龙门式数控火焰切割机工作时步进电机的频率,分析表明其第3、第4、第5阶固有频率在步进电机工作频率范围内。通过结构改进,模态分析结果显示第3~第7阶固有频率得到提高。 For the studying of dynamic property of the gantry CNC flame cutting machine, the model analysis theory is introduced. Finite element analysis method is applied to analyze the model of the designed gantry flame cutting machine. The first seven natural frequency and mode shapes are obtained. The frequency of stepper motor when the gantry flame cutting machine is working is received. Analysis shows that the 3rd,4th and 5th natural frequency within the frequency range of the stepper motor. By structure optimization, the 3rd to the 7th frequency is improved. The constraint model analysis in this study laid the theoretical foundation for dynamic performance analysis and structural optimization.
