摘要
针对麻花钻钻削过程,结合锥面刃磨法的原理,利用DEFORM-3D软件建立了麻花钻钻削的三维有限元模型,并通过计算钻尖横刃斜角和外缘后角的值,验证了该模型符合实际中使用的标准麻花钻钻尖形状。用该模型仿真麻花钻的钻削加工过程,分析了在钻削过程中,麻花钻的轴向力、扭矩和温度的变化情况,并用经验公式来检验仿真结果的可行性,为麻花钻在实际的加工过程中预测和优化工艺参数提供了依据和基础。
For the drilling process of twist drill,combining with the principle of cone grinding,we use the software of DEFORM-3D to build the 3D FEM drilling model and verify that the model is corresponding with the drill tip shape of standard twist drill in practice by caculating the values of relief angle and oblique of of chisel edge. We employ this model to simulate dynamically the drilling process of twist drill, analyse the axial force, torque and temperature of twist drill and examine the feasibility of simulation results by using the empirical formula. And this study will provide the basis and foundation for predicting and optimizing technological parameters in the actual drilling process of twist drill.
