摘要
针对传统轴承故障诊断方法存在的缺陷,研究了基于经验模态分解(EMD)和包络解调相结合的诊断方法。并对该方法在本征模函数(IMF)分量选取上需要人工干预和计算量大的问题,提出了用距离测度来自动选择最优IMF分量进行包络分析的准则。以此为基础,研究了将虚拟仪器技术应用于轴承故障诊断领域,并采用Lab VIEW2013为平台,设计开发了一套轴承故障诊断系统。通过实验验证了所提出的诊断方法和所开发系统的可行性和有效性。
Researches a method of fault diagnosis of rolling bearing, which is based on empirical mode decomposition(EMD) and envelope demodulation. When choosing intrinsic mode functions (IMF), to solve the problem of the artificial intervention and the large amount of calculation, the principle that is automatic selection of the optimal IMF component by the distance measure is presented. On this basis, the application of virtual instrument technology in bearing fault diagnosis field is researched. Meanwhile,the bearing fault diagnosis system is designed and developed by LabVIEW 2013. Finally, the diagnosis method and diagnosis system proposed in this paper are proved to be feasible and effective by experimental.
