胃舒方剂药材用适宜方法提取以后,提取液成分较复杂,本文采用将水提取液减压浓缩至相对密度为1.35（80℃）的清膏,加入乙醇使其含醇量达到65%,48h后滤过,加入陈皮、香橼、紫苏叶的渗滤液,回收乙醇至没有醇味;再加入0.3%甜菊糖及0.2%苯甲酸钠,将pH值调至5.5~6.5,最后加入适量蒸馏水,搅匀、冷藏、静置48h后,离心。
