摘要
季铵化壳聚糖具有水溶性好、抑菌性强和絮凝性等优点,使其广泛应用于医药、化妆品和环保领域。本文对壳聚糖和季铵化壳聚糖的来源及应用做了部分介绍,并对季铵化壳聚糖的最新研究进展做了部分概述。
Quatemized ehitosans have some advantages, such as good water solubility, antimierobial and flocculation, which are widely used in medicine, cosmetics and environmental protection. In this paper, the source and application of chitosan and quatemized chitosans were introduced, and an overview of new research progress from quatemized chitosans was carried out in this study.
