西樵污水处理厂工艺设计与浅析

Plant Process Design and Analysis of Xiqiao Sewage Treatment

西樵污水厂采用二级生化处理的带厌氧段的Carrousel氧化沟工艺处理以生活污水为主的污水,设计规模为50000m^3/d,经该工艺处理后,出水水质COD≤30 mg/L,BOD5≤10 mg/L,SS≤16 mg/L,色度4~6倍,pH值为6~9,同时达到国家《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级标准B标准和广东省地方标准《水污染排放标准》（DB44/26-2001）一级标准的要求。

With anaerobic biochemical treatment by two stage treatment of Carrousel oxidation ditch to process the sewage, the design scale of 50000m3/d, after the process, the effluent shows that： COD ≤ 30 rag/L, BOD5 ≤ 10 rag/L, SS ≤ 16 rag/L, chroma was 4 - 6 times, pH was between 6 ~ 9, It already reached ＂ the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants＂ （GB18918 -2002） level of standard B and ＂ Guangdong Provincial Standard Water pollution Discharge Standard＂ （ DB44/26 - 2001 ）.
