小型鲟科鱼类剥制标本制作及造景研究

Studies on the product small Acipenseriformes specimens and landscaping

鲟科鱼类剥制标本的制作通常有以下7个步骤:1)前期准备;2)皮肤剥离;3)脱脂;4)防腐;5)填充及塑形;6)器官的制作;7)上色及干燥。从实际的操作经验出发,总结各个环节技术方法的经验和体会,并对脱脂防腐以及后期处理阶段进行了改进,做出的标本坚固耐久,无毒安全,形态自然。同时提出了标本造景的想法。

Acipenseriformes specimens were usually produced by following seven steps： （1） preparation; （2） skin peeling; （3） de- greasing; （4） corrosion; （5） filling and shaping; （6） organ production; （7） color and dry. In this paper, we summarize the experience and understanding of all aspects of technical methods, and corrosion as well as post-processing stage skim made improvements to make specimens rugged durability, non-toxic and safety and in natural form. Landscaping ideas of specimens was also proposed.
