Reform and practice of animal biology courses in application-oriented colleges

为提高应用型本科院校动物生物学课程的教学效果,针对现有教学中所存在的不足,提出了将理论教学、实验和野外实习有机结合的一系列教学改革措施,实践证明这一系列的改革能有效培养学生的学习兴趣,提高学生的创新意识和综合技能,是培养应用型人才综合能力尤其是实践能力和创新能力的基本要求。

In order to improve the practical teaching effectiveness of animal biology courses, according to the shortages existed in the teaching of animal biology, a series of teaching and measures were reformed and presented based on the combination of theoretical teaching, experiment and field practicing. Practice showed that the reform can effectively develop students＇ learning interest and im- prove students＇ innovation consciousness and comprehensive skills. Therefore, the effective combination of theoretical teaching and practice teaching became an inevitable request in cultivating the overall abilities especially practice ability and innovation ability of application---oriented talents.
