M_e(Zn,Cu)O/13X分子筛的制备及其光催化性能研究

摘要 利用福建沙县钾长石精粉为原料,采用水热晶化法合成13X分子筛,并且以硝酸锌或硝酸铜为锌源、铜源,采用简单浸渍搅拌法,制得ZnO/13X、CuO/13X催化剂.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差热分析(DTG-TG)等手段对其进行详细的理化性能表征,并对其光催化脱氮性能研究进行初步研究.结果表明,ZnO/13X、CuO/13X催化剂对吡啶的光催化降解率均比13X分子筛高.而自制的ZnO/13X光催化脱氮性能优于汇盈分子筛合成的ZnO/13X催化剂. 13X molecular sieve was synthesized from potassium feldspar in Shaxian County of Fujian Province by hydrothermal synthesis. The ZnO/13X,CuO/13X were synthesized by simple impregnation with zinc nitrate or copper nitrate as precursors. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and thermal analysis (DTG-TG) were used to characterize the obtained samples. The photocatalytic properties of denitrification were also studied with the obtained samples. The results indicate that the photocatalytic properties of denitrification with ZnO/13X or CuO/13X sample is better than pure 13X molecular sieve. The experimental synthesis ZnO/13X shows better properties of denitrification than commercial ZnO/13X molecular sieve synthesized by Huiying Company.
