摘要
以Long Term Evolution-Advanced(LTE-A)系统中宏蜂窝-微蜂窝(Macro-Pico)异构多层网络为例,以范围扩展(Range Extension,RE)技术为基础,提出了一种移动负载均衡算法。建立了网络负载模型,计算并选取合适的小区切换偏移量,从而动态精确的调整超载小区和轻负载小区的覆盖范围,最终将超载小区的多余用户切换到其轻负载的邻小区,并结合数据流量业务对算法进行了仿真,分析了在该算法的协作下,小区的负载均衡因子、负载转移率及用户满意率,验证了该算法的可行性。
Taking the Macro-Pico heterogeneous multi-layer network in LTE-A as an example and based on RE technology, this paper proposes a new mobility load balancing algorithm which establishes the network load model, calculates and selects the appropriate residential districts for offset handover so as to dynamically and accurately adjust the coverage of overloaded districts and underloaded districts. In this way, the extra users of the overloaded districts can be switched to the neighboring underloaded districts. The algorithm is simulated with the data streaming service. The load balancing Index, load shift ratio and user satisfaction ratio are also analyzed and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified.
