高职院校大学新生适应性问题及对策研究

Research on higher vocational college freshman adaptability problems and countermeasures

文章通过对高职院校大学新生适应性中的四个问题进行分析:心理不适应、生活不适应、人际交往的不适应和学习的不适应,研究出相关对策,以期推动大学新生适应性教育。文章在一定的理论知识基础上,结合新生辅导员岗位的实际工作经验,阐述了加强大学新生适应性教育的若干思考。

This paper analyzes four problems of higher vocational freshman adaptability, including： psychology inadaptation, life inadaptation, interpersonal inadaptation and learning inadaptation. The relevant countermeasures are worked out so as to promote the students＆#39; adaptive education. Based on certain theoretical knowledge and combined with the actual work experience of the counselors, this paper expounds the ways to strengthen the college freshmen adaptive education.
