没有教师的发展,就没有教育的发展,提高教师素质的关键是加强教师专业发展。文章从剖析目前欠发达地区高职教师专业发展中存在的问题入手,分析总结问题的成因,提出了信息技术支持的欠发达地区高职教师专业发展的促进策略。

There would be no development of education without teachers＆#39; development. The key to improving teachers＆#39; quality is to enhance the professional development of teachers. Based on the analysis of higher vocational teachers＆#39; professional development in underdeveloped areas and causes of the problem, this paper puts forward promotion strategies of higher vocational teachers＆#39; professional development in underdeveloped areas based on information technology.
