班级是学校进行教育教学及管理活动的基本单位,学习型班级理论,是学习型组织理论在班级管理中的应用。"学习型班级"指的是能充分发挥每个学生的积极性,班级成员共同努力,勤于学习,有着浓厚学习氛围的班级。文章分析了在高职学生中创建学习型班级的必要性,对高职院校学习型班级创建模式进行了理论与实践的探究。

Class is the basic unit of school teaching and management. ＆quot;Learning class＆quot; theory is the application of learning organization theory in class management which means to mobilize the enthusiasm of each student for creating a strong learning atmosphere in class. This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing learning classes in higher vocational colleges and creates a model to explore the theory and practice of learning class in higher vocational colleges.
