晏阳初精神是晏阳初平民教育和乡村建设实践中所体现出来的宝贵思想。它包括爱国精神、人本精神、科学精神、实干精神、创新精神等。当代中国,解决"三农问题"工作还未完成,我们仍需沿晏老轨迹,重拾晏老精神,做晏阳初式知识分子,追求生命意义和有价值的学术人生,为和谐中国、和谐世界的构建添砖加瓦。

James Yen Spirit is the valuable ideas reflected in mass education and rural construction practices. It includes the patriotic spirit, human spirit, scientific spirit, the spirit of hard work, innovation and so on. In contemporary China, with ＂three rural issues＂ incomplete, we still need to track along Yen, resume his valuable spirit and work as an intellectual in his style. We should do our best to pursue meaning in life and valuable academic life and to build a harmonious China and a harmonious world.
