格吕宁超级快速阅读方法在中学阅读课中的开发和教学

Development of Gruning Super-Fast Reading in Middle School Reading Course

当下各种版本的中学语文课本对阅读方法不够重视,其中有限的关于阅读方法的内容又往往大而不当,难以进行有效的教学操作;教师在阅读教学中往往以理解某单篇课文为主要目标,鲜有适切性的高效阅读方法的系统指导和训练,这是导致中学阅读教学耗时多、效果差的重要原因之一。所以,构建一套操作性强的系统的适切于中学阅读教学的高效阅读方法就显得非常重要。德国克里斯蒂安·格吕宁所著《超级快速阅读》一书从阅读的生理心理、具体方法和理解记忆等方面对快速阅读进行了较为全面的阐述。本文结合中学生的认知特点和阅读教学的基本规律对这些内容进行了开发整合并设计教学实施办法,为中学阅读方法的开发和教学提供一种新的思路,为解决当前中学阅读教学困局提供一种新路径。

At present various versions of Chinese textbooks in middle school do not pay enough attention to reading methods. These methods which they do contain are like white elephant which can not be applied effectively. In teaching reading teachers are inclined to understand a certain article as the main goal while neglecting efficient reading methods to give students proper guidance and training, which is the main reason for the problem of poor reading in middle school. Therefore, it is important to build up an efficient reading system. Christian Gruning, a German, wrote a book named Super-Fast Reading which is a comprehensive overview about reading psychology, concrete methods and understanding memory. The paper is about the development of these methods mentioned by him by investigating cognitive features of middle school students and basic rules of reading to provide a new approach in teaching reading course in middle school and in solving reading oroblems.
