腹腔镜辅助乙状结肠-宫颈同时性双原发癌根治性切除术的临床研究

Clinical study of laparoscopy-assisted radical resection for simultaneous double primary cancer of sigmoid colon and cervix

目的探讨腹腔镜辅助乙状结肠-宫颈同时性双原发癌根治性切除的手术方式。方法回顾分析3例腹腔镜辅助乙状结肠-宫颈双原发癌联合根治性切除病例,结合相关文献报道,探讨分析其可行性、操作技巧、注意事项及腹腔镜特有的微创优势。结果 3例患者手术操作顺利,围手术期微创效果良好,未见明显并发症。结论腹腔镜辅助乙状结肠-宫颈同时性双原发癌根治性切除安全可行,和传统开腹手术及分期手术相比,具有打击小、创伤微,花费少等优势。

Objective To explore the procedure of laparoscopy-assisted radical resection for simultane- ous double primary cancer of sigmoid colon and cervix. Methods 3 patients with double primary cancer of sigmoid colon and cervix underwent laparoscopy-assisted radical resection, and were enrolled in this retrospective review. The feasibility, skill and caution of this approach were analyzed by combining clinical data with related literature. And the specific advantages of minimally invasion were also evaluated. Results The sur- gery was completed successfully in 3 cases. The efficacy of minimally invasive therapy was good during the perioperative period. No obvious complications occurred. Conclusions Laparoscopy-assisted radical resec- tion is safe and feasible surgical approach for double primary cancer of sigmoid colon and cervix. And it is less harmful, invasive and costly compared with the traditional open operation and staging operation.
