Endoscopic submucosal dissection （ESD） is a minimally invasive technique for digestive tract tumors. This technique can provide complete removal of lesions and pathological data, and has a remarkable superiority in efficacy. The main procedure of ESD consists of tags, submucosal injection, margin incision, submucosal dissection, and management of wounds and specimens.
