摘要 根据基层医疗卫生服务实际需求,深化高校三年制临床医学专科教育人才培养模式改革,探索"3+2"(三年医学专科教育加两年毕业后全科医生培训)的助理全科医生培养模式,构建和研究适合我国临床医学专业"3+2"助理全科医生培养的全科医学教育课程体系,培养面向乡村、服务基层的下得去、用得上、留得住的实用型全科医生。 According to the actual demand of basic medical health services , deepen the reform of personnel system of three years clinical medicine education training mode , explore the “3+2” assistant general practitioners training mode ( three years of medical specialist education plus two years of GP training ) , construct and research general medicine education curriculum system based on clinical medicine specialty “3+2” Assistant General Practitioners training , develop rural oriented and service for base that can “Going down , Staying down and Using Well”.
