老年高血压社区中医护理干预效果的研究

The effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on elderly hypertension in community

目的探讨与分析老年高血压社区中医护理方法以及干预效果。方法选择2013年6月至2014年6月来我社区接受治疗患有高血压老年患者78例,并且将这些患者进行随机分组,即观察组与对照组,对观察组患者给予中医养生保健护理模式进行护理,而对对照组患者给予传统常规性护理模式进行护理,以观察两组患者的临床总满意率以及各项指标情况。结果观察组患者在中医养生保健护理模式背景下,其临床总满意率为97.5%,而对照组患者在传统常规性护理模式背景下,其临床总满意率为81.6%,另外,观察组患者的临床各项指标情况较优于对照组患者,因此,两组患者之间存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论通过本研究结果得知,观察组患者的临床护理方法优于对照组患者的临床护理方法,因此,中医养生保健护理方法值得在社区老年高血压护理活动中应用与推广。

Objective To discuss and analyze the TCM nursing method on elderly hypertension in community and the effect of intervention. Methods The 78 cases of elderly patients, those who with hypertension and received treatment in our community health service center during June 2013 and June 2014, were randomly divided into the observation group （40 cases） and control group （38 cases）. This study give Chinese health care nursing to the patients in the observation group, while the patients in control group were treated with traditional routine nursing, clinical total satisfaction rate and the clinical various indexes of the two groups were observed. Results The clinical satisfactory rate in the observation group was 97.5%, while it was 81.6% in the control group. In addition, clinical indicators of observation group were better than that of control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions The Chinese medicine health care nursing mode is precedes traditional routine nursing, so traditional Chinese medicine health care nursing method worthy of application and promotion in the management of elderly hypertension in community.
