山地丘陵区农村生活污水治理重点实例分析

Case Study on Key Elements for Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment in Hilly Areas

该文通过新昌县实例分析,研究了现阶段山地丘陵区农村生活污水治理工作重点。结果表明该县已开展过治理工作的农村农户受益率低,失败率高。结合治理工作现状和目标,制定了新建和现有设施提升改造规划,提出了标准选取导向,即水体功能、治理模式和排水去向,推荐了各村治理模式和执行标准。建议浙东山地丘陵区农村治理工作不宜追求高标准,应注重可操作性、稳定运行率和运行达标率。

The key elements of work in rural domestic wastewater treatment in hilly areas were studied in this paper through analyzing instance in Xinchang Coungry. The results show that rural households benefits little from modified existing treatment facilities. Based on the current situation and targets of rural domestic wastewater treatment,a new planning for new facilities and upgrades of existing facilities were developed. Besides,guidance of discharge standard selection including water functions,treatment pattern as well as discharge whereabouts were proposed. Treatment model and implementation of standards for each village has been recommended. Rural domestic wastewater treatment in Zhejiang province shall be practical,stable and reliable,not focus on high standard.
